Our facility features private consultation rooms and an experienced team. Your key to good dental health starts with Melbourne MD. You will be welcomed by a modern waiting room where you can simply relax before your appointment whilst you enjoy a delicious tea or coffee and a read of a good magazine.

Our treatment studios have been designed with you, our patient in mind. Using bright and fresh colours and furnishings, our treatment rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Each room is fitted with a ceiling TV so you can lye back and indulge in some of your favourite day time shows. Our consultation rooms are pleasant and private.

What to Expect on your First Visit

Your Initial Preventive dental visit:

If this is your first visit we would like to obtain some information, we asked you to complete a New Patient & Health History form. This can either be done in our office prior to your appointment (allow for 10 minutes) or completed at home and emailed or brought in with you on your first visit.

If you have dental insurance, we request that you provide us with your fund details which is located on our New Patient form, or your convenience we provide on the spot claiming for those who bring their insurance card in on the day of your appointment.

Initial Exam

During the initial new patient examination, we will collect the following information to help evaluate your dental condition and address any complaints and concerns.

Health Funds

We accept all major health funds at Melbourne MD, and provide rebates through your health fund on our treatments. Rebates vary between health funds and treatments.
We are also a Bupa Members First Practice.

Payment Methods

Melbourne MD offers On-the-spot electronic claiming for all Victorian health funds through HICAPS.

This means you can claim your health fund benefits at the time of your treatment.
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express& Money orders.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
