Melbourne MD & the d-spa group provides rewarding career pathways for dental professionals. Our team of seventy are diverse and have wide-ranging experience and special interests. Our tailored mentoring program and in house CPD program provides professional development in a direction that suits the individual.

We are always open to extending our current team of dental professionals and keen to collaborate with those who are looking for a supportive team environment that provides high-quality patient care at a fair cost – and have some fun along the way!

We understand that it is just as vital to enhance team relationships outside of work as it is important within the workplace. Our team consists of hardworking and motivated professionals whom we like to reward and say thank you by throwing fun-filled, annual themed Christmas parties, snow trips to Mt Buller, health and wellness trip to Bali and some key Melbourne events such as the races; which have fabricated many team memories over the years. Peer recognition is also essential; our teams hold a monthly ‘Caught in the Act’ appreciation incentive, thanking those that have applied themselves to go above and beyond.

All uniforms are supplied and laundered, CPR and infection control training are provided annually – in short, we give you the tools to perform at your best! Consistent, designated dental assistants are a significant part of this.
